What is it? Beach Body Bootcamp Training is my Boot Camp Series that is a 4 week long private Boot Camp Class that meets 2 times per week. Each series is going to be 4 weeks long.

Boot camp workouts are the reigning champ for ultimate fat loss. These types of workouts are so effective because they really encompass the best of some of the most effective workout techniques you can do all in one hour.

Boot Camp classes combine intervals of cardio drills and muscle conditioning exercises to provide you with the ultimate circuit workout. You can burn 400 – 600 calories in a variety of classes that may use jump ropes, boxing drills, free weights, and even a little healthy competition. Expect the unexpected in my Boot Camp classes, which are packed with lots of variety and tons of fun.

All I can tell you is “No guts, No glory” in this total body workout! This class incorporates drills designed to enhance agility, speed, power, strength, and quickness. You’ll move around the room (or great outdoors) to a number of different stations or drills, dependent upon the particular routine that day – each designed for a specific exercise.

Check “lazy” at the door when you step into this workout. Boot Camp works you head to toe so you’ll be ready for anything life brings. I promise you that this circuit class will bring you the best drills for improving endurance, cardiovascular fitness, and muscular strength. You can and will get a full body workout on a timeframe that fits even the busiest schedule.  So keep your eyes open for the upcoming schedule, and be ready to sign up as I expect the classes to fill up quickly!!

Register anytime for the upcoming month, or join a series that is already in progress. The days/times to choose for the FIRST/NEXT UPCOMING CLASSES will be as follows:

                            Mon/Wed @ 12 pm – 1:00 

NO, you cannot start a class and quit in the middle and expect your money back! There are no quitters in BOOTCAMP!!!

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:  Meal Guidelines and workout routines to help kick start your metabolism and turns you into a fat burning machine! You do not diet. You do not starve. You DO LOSE BODY FAT. You DO get stronger. You DO lose weight.

  • One hour a day for 2x per week for 4 weeks (or 1x wk for 4 wks)
  • Both indoor and outdoor exercising (depending on the Season)
  • Motivated instruction including nutritional counseling from a Certified Personal Trainer & Nutritional Specialist
  • Great way to set your goals for weight loss and stick with it!!
  • Registration is just $120.00 for a 4-week camp (for 2x week or if you only want the 1x week plan – $65 for 4-weeks) = ONLY $15 PER CLASS FOR FULL BODY FITNESS  TRAINING
  • You can only attend on the days that are scheduled for BOOTCAMP. However if you  miss a class, you can make it up during another class (IF AVAILABLE) & only if preapproved
  • No REFUNDS will be given once paid for…..THERE IS NO EXCEPTION TO THIS RULE!!! You need to make the commitment to be there and show up for fitness duty. IF YOU CAN NOT MAKE IT, IT IS YOUR LOSS. YOU SHOULD TAKE THIS CLASS SERIOUSLY!!
